    came back here again for my favorite sushi restaurant all the way from San Jose :-)

    I was really craving for sushi blossom during my pregnancy - especially ocean trout!

    The quality of sashimi is same - even better! and more innovative dishes and now OMG the boba?!

    Tiger Boba is the besttttttttt

    This has to be my new favorite sushi spot in Santa Cruz county. I've been a little spoiled with Reno Sushi lately(yes, California, Reno Sushi is a thing) This spot has a huge menu, luckily I went with a large group. So, we were able to try a lot of bites. The Lobster Rocks, a must! I ordered the spicy ramen, delicious! The sashimi was fresh and incredibly buttery.

    Went for lunch here - it's a small cute family owned restaurant serving good food. Since it was lunch time I decided on going with the salmon teriyaki bento box, replacing rice with extra salad.
    Everything was delicious and the portion sizes are good - it's what you expect

    Delicious. So good. We won't eat seafood where we're from because it's just too far from the ocean. So when we got to the coast we were craving it! Sushi blossom is super creative, the staff is wonderful, and the best part is it's damn tasty. I would recommend this place for sure!!! We ordered the kiss of fire, albacore delight, and the 602. All we're A+! Thanks for the great meal and service!

    This place is a GEM!! Scott's Valleys BEST KEPT SECRET!! THE BEST FOOD IN THE AREA!! SERIOUSLY!! I am a serious foodie having been married to a Chef for nearly 13 years. Your palate will LOVE you for stopping by. You cannot go wrong ordering ANY single item on the menu! Everything is fresh and made from scratch. The Chef/owner is PHENOMENAL!! The BEST Crab Rangoons that will ever cross you lips. REAL crab and made fresh! The AHI TOWER is to DIE for! I have tried various Sushi rolls & have not been disappointed! (Lion King is one of my favorites.) Esther is a gracious hostess & very attentive. I just LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!
